The Mad Hatter's Tea: Taken from Alice's Adventures in a Microscopic Wonderland

This piece won Dennis Kunkel and I first place in the International competition for the NSF. If you look closely, you will see the grass is made of crystallized vitamin C, the cliff is mold spores, the Mad Hatter’s hat is a bee stinger, and there is a flock of aphids flying above. I would eventually love to turn this into an educational virtual reality immersive game.
