Today is an age of information overload. Gone are the days of teachers having all the answers; there’s no competing with Google!  Students benefit when they see their teachers learning alongside them, trying new technologies in the classroom, exploring new scientific discoveries that kids might find in the news, learning what is important to the students.

In essence, an excellent teacher has the courage to be vulnerable.
